ESOPs offer many advantages, tax and otherwise, to the selling shareholder, the sponsoring company and the employees. The presentation will also discuss corporate governance, structuring alternatives, financial and tax planning related to ESOPs. Additionally, the applicable investment and insurance related financial products will be examined.
